AJ Automedics was established by James in 2010 and with a lot of commitment and hard work he has built up a successful garage business with a team of expert technicians and has earned a well-deserved excellent reputation for honest, reliable garage services in Durham and the north east, and all at competitive prices.

We have a purpose-built, fully-equipped workshop where we MOT, repair and service all makes and models of cars and commercial vehicles, and we are lucky to have the space to cater for large vehicles such as mini-buses, motorhomes, trucks and horseboxes, as well as being qualified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles. We are proud to be a Castrol Oils Service workshop.

As a family business, what is most important to us is providing our customers with exceptional service and we are grateful to our loyal customers who bring their vehicles back to us, year after year. Our reputation stretches far beyond Durham and the north east, with regular customers coming to us from Europe.
